Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through beyondmypotential.com and related checkout links for digital products, memberships, and mentorship services offered by Beyond My Potential.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once access is delivered, unless required otherwise by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased digital product, contact support and we will work to resolve access.
Memberships and Recurring Subscriptions
Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previously charged subscription periods, except where required by law.
Mentorship and Coaching Services
Mentorship services involve reserved capacity and scheduling. Fees, deposits, and payment plans are nonrefundable once the mentorship term begins or once onboarding materials are delivered, except where required by law. If a reschedule or program transfer is offered, eligibility is determined on a case by case basis and may be subject to administrative fees.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unresolved disputes may result in loss of access to products, community membership, and services, to the extent permitted by law.
